Community Developers has a multi-facet approach to Building Community through the Development of Building Communities that Connect. Projects range from building out ready to build on lots to developing the Infrastructure for more Community Housing whether it be Affordable and Attainable Single Family Housing or Connected Housing or Community Resort Housing.

Community Developer’s involvement ranges from Owner’s Representative Services (Community Developers Owner’s Rep Services, LLC) for existing land owners to taking on development projects with various ownership opportunities.
Services include:
- Finding and locking in investment opportunities (in combination with non-profits)
- Working through the necessary due-diligence for each project
- Hiring a builder for all aspects of the project or act as the builder by utilizing pre-manufactured modular construction or on-site construction
- Oversee the marketing, presales and final sales
